Matthew Catrambone

Matthew joined the K2K Board in 2021 after volunteering with the organization for two years, first as a mentor in the swim program, then in our virtual programs. He moved into a leadership role with K2K as a program host for virtual programs, where he supervised and facilitated K2K sessions. He enjoys developing relationships with both mentors and participants in our programs, and serving the community in this role.

Matthew is a senior at Newark Academy, where he is an honor-roll student and is a student in the International Baccalaureate Diploma program. He participates as a member of the Community Service Council, which sponsors community service events and aims to foster a spirit of service in the school community. He also serves in leadership roles in the Global Speakers Series Committee and in Model Congress club. Matthew is also a member of NA’s varsity baseball team. Matthew additionally works in the summers as a lifeguard at the Chester Pool.
