Yoga to begin September 26th At Morristown-Beard
***look for the email if we have to move to Morristown HS or Hillcrest School**
We are staying with the one class for now- 6:30-7:30
Our Yoga Program will continue the philosophy of attending to the whole child.
Parents are welcome to take this class with their child.
Our programs all have the following characteristics- Safe Haven, Life Long application and the look and feel of a regular program.
Cognition and social development are the foundation of all our programs
Neural Plasticity – Meta – mediated learning – prior knowledge – intrinsic motivation – Peer mentoring – Sibling and Family integration.
